has anyone had experience of the S160 console issue?

this s160 is working fine before, after ship to new location, custoemr canot  login with console port, and the M1 AND P1 is not responding to any traffic. there is even no Mac-address learned in the swtich port .  not be able to login to s160. but there is no alerm on the chassis light,   do you have idea ?

is the the console terminal setting  9600bit, 8 . N . 1 ?
