Ironport DNS issue

Hi

We have an Internal dns server with ip  x.x.x.x and Public Service provider dns server is y.y.y.y

There is a Partners domain “example.com” which is hosted in the public network but only particular webserver in that domain “www.example.com” is not hosted in the internet and its public ip is n.n.n.n

They are unable to add this particular host entry in their internal dns server, because if they do so, entire domain example.com is pointed to Internal dns server. They can’t host all the servers in that domain.

For work around, we added host entry to this url in the client pcs and accessing without proxy by directly natted. If we enable proxy, then we are not able to access the web page and getting dns error.

If we add host entries in the proxy, will resolve the issue. But I am not getting that option in the iron port. Please let us know if there is any option to do the same.
