IronPort Essential License

Hello,

I am interesting how IronPort Essensial license works. I have got  "WSA-WSE-1Y-S2 - Web Essentials SW Bundle (WREP+WUC) 1YR, 200-499 Users" this license for 400 clients. How they count license is this concurrent user count which are accessing internet ? Or I should buy license for every user in my network ?

Do you have any experience with IronPort Email Security Appliance, how it is licensed? 

It counts total mailboxes or concurrent email sent through?
