IronPort Predefined URL Category Filtering Exception

Hello. Sorry for my english.

I am running IronPort S370 and I have blocked Predefined URL Category named " Online Storage and Backup". But one site from this category needs to be allowed (beta.hstor.org). How can I do this?

I have a similar problem too.

I can't seem to white-list particular sites. I am new to IronPort so I am probably doing something wrong but it seems to ignore my Custom URL Categories.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think I have resolved this.

My problem was that I wasn't entering the domain name with a leading '.' (dot)

In order for it to work for www.domainname.com I had to add '.domainname.com' to the Custom Category (note the leading dot) - previously I had only been typing 'domainname.com'

Unfortunately, it didn't help me.  In my custom URL category entered domain name with dot (.beta.hstor.org). But I see that custom URL category does not override predefined URL category.

My problem remains.
