We are having problems with HTTPS file downloads failing when going through our IronPort S370 Proxy. Files will partially download in a resulting corrupt file, but the application will not perceive there to be a failure.
This happens at various points in the file downloads. For example, trying to download a 92.9MB PowerPoint file from dropbox.com results in having to retry the download several times in order to get the full file. How can I tell if this is a setting issue or a load issue? This is a big issue with our users.
The first attempt failed at 63.4MB.
The second attempt failed at 36.5MB.
The third attempt failed at 85.1MB.
The fourth attempt worked at 92.9MB.

AsyncOS Version: 7.5.0-833 for Web
Is anyone else experiencing or experienced this issue? If so, how was it resolved?
