Hi There,

is it possible to configure ironport to monitor files users are uploading and dowloading from dropbox? I have created url category and added dropbox website for monitoring but when i check the logs ot shows me only the users who tried to access this website but i also need to see what all files they are

uploading and downloading from dropbox.

actually the following question makes more sense "

Is it possible to configure Ironport to monitor files users are uploading and downloading from drop box? Drop box is https so if we enable https proxy will it able to decrypt The names of the files uploaded and downloaded by users from drop box?"

please guys help me out on this issue. I need to sort this ASAP.

Hi Lovedeep,

As long as your decrypting the HTTPS traffic to Dropbox you will see what files are being uploaded and downloaded in the web tracking reports on the WSA.

Not to threadjack Erik, but where in the WSA reports can this be viewed?  When I look at the details, it doesn't give me the file name.
