Issues with HTTPS proxy

Hi,

I am using Cisco IronPort Web Security S170 with Async OS 7.5. I have created https proxy configuration (using self signed certificate) and I am trying to use this. I have modified the proxy settings og IE, Chrome and Mozilla and configured IronPort as ssl proxy. When tried to visit any site i.e. https://sitename.com, all my browsers do not open up that site nor any IronPort message is displayed. All my browser says that site is taking too long to respond.

Do you have the https proxy configured on the Ironport?  Do you have the connect ports allowing 443?
