Network errors (tcp-error)

Hello everyone.

I have issues in my work .The staffs in my company if want download excel file from of website give to her network errors ( tcp-error) how can solve this issue

you have to sniff some packets to see if the session is properly established. Make sure you see no RST packets in the communication.
