Not been able to search for drivers on hp website

Hello,

I have configured Ironport web proxy with explicit forward mode on a customer. The users that are matched on different access policies

are complaining that they cannot search for drivers on the HP website. They access the driver search page, but when they put a computer model and

hit the search button they receive a bad gateway message.

These are the logs when the clients search for drivers:

Any idea ?

Have you attempted to SSH into the Ironport and run a real time packet capture on the logs? If you havn't or dont know how, Ill list the directions below. I will be assuming that you have at least a basic understanding of SSH terminals.

1- SSH into your Ironport

2- Login into your Ironport

3- When the main prompt appears type "grep" and hit "enter"

4- Select "1" to select the first log to search and hit "eneter"

5- Enter the IP address of the machine that you would like to capture packets from and hit "enter"

6- Now, try and access the problemed page

You should see that the logs that you are tailing update in real time int he SSH terminal. This is extermely useful in troubleshooting issues such as this.

If you would, please copy and paste the output that you get from the SSH terminal to this forum.
