Problem to access "Cisco IronPort Web Usage Controls Category Submission and Lookup Tool"

Im trying to access "Cisco IronPort Web Usage Controls Category Submission and Lookup Tool", but I get a error when I try go access the site.

Error msg:  Sorry!!! Uncorrect Ironport contract, please open a ticket with support.

I have tried on two computers, also with different webbrowsers without any luck.

Problem must be at Cisco?

please let me know how we can solve this problem

Nope, I thoguht this was a problem that affected more then me.

Do you think the problem is connected to my user account?
