Problems accessing the disney.com

WSA 8.5.1-021

Can someone please confirm issues connecting to the disney.com site using the WSA as an explicit proxy?

The logs don't show any DENIED tags.

Both IE (11.0.96) and Chrome (43) show a spinning icon while trying to open the site. The logs show connections to:

1435008256.333 56 x.x.x.x TCP_MISS/200 16745 GET http://a.dilcdn.com/
1435008274.493 21 x.x.x.x. TCP_MISS/200 334 GET http://tredir.go.com/capmon/GetDE/?set=j&param=countryisocode&param=state&param=connection

I already "fixed" the cnn.com using the webcache IGNORE with fast.fonts.com/net. Is this the same issue?

I have been running WSA 8.5.2-027 for almost two weeks.  

disney.com loads fine without issue.

When I was on WSA 8.5.1-021 I got tired of adding webcache exceptions that I disabled all caching.  Since the upgrade I have re-enabled it almost without issue.  Only this morning I did have to webcache ignore .dell.com.
