Solved: Problems with youtube and safety filter always on

HI,

I'm using a virtual wsa s100v. I'm giving access to YouTube in access policy and decryption policy via a custom url.

The website is loading and everything is fine except videos that need the safety filter to be deactivate don't work.

No matter how many time I click on off and then save the filter always stay on.

If I disabled the proxy everything works fine. I'm using transparent proxy with port 80 and 443.

Safety filter in Youtube is using Google Safe Search, and in WSA access policy also has this option.

If this option is enabled in WSA access policy under "Content Filtering" therefore it will enforced the Safe Search option and will keep enable.

You can check this option under (WSA GUI -> Web Security Manager -> Access Policies -> Url Filtering -> Content Filtering) and see if you have this enable or disable.
