what will happen if a certain customer 100 user license of ironport websecurity and then after several months they expand to 200-300 users?

only 100 user license and 200-300 user accessing the ironport. would there be any issue on that?

There would be no issue technically. The Web Security Appliance (WSA) does not prevent access based on license count so that customers who expand rapidly are still protected. According to the EULA you would need to "true-up" at some point in order to stay in compliance with the purchase agreement.
