redirected url does not work in transparent mode

We are using WCCP.

When accessing certain redirected urls in transparent mode with no proxy settings in IE, the page fails to load. If we enter proxy details in IE to connect explicitly, the page shows fine.

Here is one example:

Any ideas?

I've not seen problems with that site specifically. When I access the URL you provided, I get a 404 from the server (without a proxy).

I also tried accessing http://timesonline-emails.co.uk/ to see if I could find a problem with other resources on that server, but it just gives me a generic hosting page.
