I have found no mention in any documentation to what version of Java is needed on the client systems in order to open the envelope. We just ran into an end user that was getting this error box until after we updated their Java to the latest and it worked fine.
Any info please since we are trying to create a end user guide to try and lift some helpdesk tickets off our plate. Thanks
