RV340 WebFiltering - White list https sites not working

Hello, I have a RV340 with the latest firmware version installed, I bought the web filtering license and I made the necessary settings, but there are some sites that are HTTPS that I put in the exception list and simply the clients can not access, please someone can help me

Have you checked the accesslogs ? 

grep "client.ip.add.ress" accesslogs

Whats the results?

Also are you performing ssl decryption?

Did you add your exception list to your access policy and set the action to Monitor or accept?

I think Assantana is referring to RV340 device which is a VPN Router and not Cisco Web Security Appliance (WSA).
