I have Cisco WSA S395 version AsyncOS 15.1.0 that is super slow when try to authenticate using local account .
It's take 2 minute to load the web Gui.
Can you help me solve this issue?
Best regards

It could be a DNS resolution issue.. can you check if DNS is resolving properly... i have seen slowness when DNS resolution was not working..

Hello @ezzaariyouness
Hope you are doing fine
[1] May I ask if the CLI is also slow, or it is just the GUI?
[2] Have you tried another browser?
[3] will your traffic to the WSA's management interface get proxied or you have bypassed that from being proxied?
[4] Is it like always slow, or when the load on WSA is high the GUI is slow?
[5] is the slowness while you were trying to log in for the first time or navigating between the pages is also slow?

Hello @amojarra
I'm doing well, hope you are good too.
[1] yes the CLI it's also slow when the WSA load the session (after the authentication).
[2] yes, tried different browser, I get the same result.
[3] the management traffic is bypassed from being proxied.
[4] is always slow.
[5] the slowness happen while I'm trying to log in for the first time and also when trying to display dashboard reporting.

Thanks for the information @ezzaariyouness
we need to check from backend to see if there is any issues, or any hardware issue. it is best to open a case, TAC will check internally.
In Parallel you can review your SHD logs to see the total CPU usage + some internal process + number of requests on WSA and ...
