serial number for cisco cloud web security

I'm attempting to download the vWSA to test.  I went to cisco.com/go/license  to the license for it - It looks like I 1st need to have the source serial number / virtual device identifier before i can get the license.  my problem is - i don't know where to look to locate the serial # for the cloud web security (scansafe) that we're using now. 

how do i obtain that information?

Hello Moody,

In order to get the WSAv license, please reach out to your Cisco SE or Service Delivery Manager - Cloud Web Security for the license. Your SDM can provide you with Serial Number and License.

If you can share the following information, i can help you with the following :

Company Name

Super User name and email
