SMA upgrades through WSA

                   Hi there, we are facing a problem to fetch the updates and upgrades for our SMA appliance through our WSA. The issue here is when we specify the IP address of the WSA proxy server on the update setting,the option take it as URL instead of an IP. Please see the below attached. Is there any suggestion to avoid using the URL instead of an IP so that we can get the updates ?

Hi, this is per. design but how this impact the config or. the upgrade/updates for you SMA? Could you please clarify?

Thanks for the reply Valter.We want the SMA to fetch the updates through our proxy but it doesn't work like the way that we specify a proxy IP on an internet browser. Is there any other way to fetch the SMA updates through the proxy ?

If the design is limiting your upgrade method, why not use local upgrade (download the upgrade image and host it locally) as an alternative option?
