Trellix agent can not communicate with ePO cloud server

Hello,

I just installed Umbrella Roaming security client and after installation i lost communication with ePO server. Please see screenshot. 

Does anyone know what might be an issue?

you need to exclude Trellix destinations or exclude Trellix processes

Thanks for the quick reply. Since I am not managing Umbrella Console, could you please be more specific because I have to send email to Umbrella Console owner and request exclusion? Are u talking about Trellix as application in Umbrella Console ? Please see screenshot.
