We just started implementing the Roaming Client for VPN users only, and have WSA on prem for non VPN users. Problem arises when a roaming client equipped user comes on prem. They cannot access one drive or sharepoint. Teams will work, as well as all the other office products, but anything related to sharepoint or one drive cannot connect. When the client is disabled all works fine. Have a support case open with Umbrella, and they point to Ironport, but running grep on the log revealed nothing for those users.
Any chance someone ran into this and found the answer?
