Jack,

You have a couple of options in regards to raaga.com... You can create a custom category (Web Security Manager>Custom URL Categories), and then block that in the approriate access policy. Or you can get it classified/reclassified to the category you want it to be in so that it gets blocked

(https://securityhub.cisco.com/web/submited_urls  or https://securityhub.cisco.com/web/surfcontrol, depending upon which feature you're using).

As far as blocking music, you should be able to block by file type in the access policy, in the Objects section.

HTH,

Ken

Hello kein,

  • I have blocked the url in access policy by calling  custome url still it is not blocked  this is the my problem dear. why it is not blocked???????????????

  • In Objects section , i have already blocked  everything in Media still the audio is played and most of the things are blocked in pre-defined url such like streaming video but still songs are played from raaga.com

Jack

What does the policy trace say?  (just to make sure we're hitting the right policy)

What does the access log say?
