URL in Warning message with spaces

Hi all:

We are modifying the Warning message to users accept terms of use to access a several URLs. Moreover, in this mesage we show a URL where they can go whether have doubts. That URL is an href inside the code but has spaces, for instance:

www.intranet.client.com/user reference manual.pdf

If we put that URL with %20 to reference the spaces the link doesn't work, if delete %20 and leave the spaces it fails as well. We don't know how to say there are spaces in that URL.

Can you rename the file name to eliminate the space which sounds easier?

I know Tao but maybe I the administrators don't want to change it. It's the reason I posted here, to find a solution without having to ask that change.
