Users info reporting by ip instead of AD username on some users

I have been noticing that several user entries are showing an ip address instead of the AD credentials.  Anyone else seeing this ?  Any idea as to why this is happening ? If I RDP to the ip address, it shows that it is a valid corporate pc image and not a personal machine.

It depends on what the accesses are that you are referencing. If you paste the log lines, I can tell you for certain.

Anytime you are performing the authentication process (401/407) you don't have user information yet, so none will show up for those lines.
