What blacklist does Cisco subscribe to, and how to report a false positive?

It has come to our attention that Cisco Web Protection is flagging cdn.secure.website as Malware. We believe this is a false positive and would like to know what blacklist provider Cisco uses as well as how to file a false positive report. Thank you.
