Hi,
I read Cyberoam support offline AD for SSO. It will copy user data from AD. So when AD down, SSO can still function properly.
QUESTIONS:
1. Which Cisco product support that feature form these list.
a. WSA
b. ESA,
c. CUCM
d. ISE,
thanks

The closest to this functionality is using WSA with CDA (Context Directory Agent) that serve as an authentication agent providing WSA with users authentication information and store them in its local cache therefore if any of the Clients or AD server is offline, the authentication will still continue to work.
On CDA patch 2, can now work with ISE as well.
