I can telnet to this particular website on port 80 on the PC and the CLI of the WSA but in the browser I get Gateway Timeout error. Version 10. "Reason Unknown", I added to custom URL category and shows matching but still the gateway timeout. Any ideas?

Hi jamie Mai,
This sometimes happens due to incorrect configuration of the L4TM in the WSA.
To verify, go to GUI> Security Services> L4 traffic Monitor> Edit Global Settings and make sure the option to 'All Ports Except Web Ports (HTTP/HTTPS) is selected.
