WSA NT_STATUS_NO_SUCH_USER error

Dear community,

We have just finished configuring Cisco WSA and we are getting an error as following:

NTLM CRAP authentication for user []/[] returned NT_STATUS_NO_SUCH_USER

Login for user []\[]@[ZZ-username] failed die to [no such a user]

GENSEC login failed: NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE

Final response from Auth Helper is NA. authentication failed for ip: (xx.xx.xx.xx) username not found.

It seems that user is trying to authenticate via NTLM, and after that, it return a popup to do basic authentication via username and password.

Do you guys have any idea how to further troubleshoot this issue!? Any thoughts or suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Info:

 - NTP Is setup currently,

 - WSA is integrated with AD correctly,

 - Logs and authentication working correctly for one branch, and only one branch is not working correctly and showing the above issues.

Thank you,

Laura
