WSA reports

Hi Support community

We have two s370 wsa appliances as proxy servers in our company, i was asked to get a report of a time range of two months ago, however when i select the custom time range in the reporting page i get this message "No data was found in the selected time range".

So the questions are, what is the default time that the WSA keeps the reporting data?, is this value configurable?

Many thanks in advance.

There is no default time that is kept for reporting, reporting data is kept based upon space availability. Are you using an M-series (SMA) appliance to centralized the reporting for these two S370?
