WSA S370 Throughput issue

I am using WSA S370 in HA Mode for approx 3000 user. when i saw on dashboard it display traffic max by 300mbps..so i want to know that what is the exact throuput of WSA S370...

I have attached as per specification i have ever come across they mentioned throughputs. it should support 1500-5000 users.

I did test  have 2 S690 with 1 GB internet i could able to get nearly. with  15000+users.

Dear Actually I am facing 300 MBPS max Caping in throughput on dash board and device going to bottle neck some time, so can i increase the throughput by change in some configuration...
