Hi,
Please see the answers in line:
Answer: WSA does has an acknowledgement page that the user will be presented before accessing Internet and user need to click the link to acknowledge first before proceeding.
You can enable this from GUI -> Security Services -> End-User Notification -> HTTP End-User Acknowledgement Page.
To include the Acknowledgement page, you will need to go to Web Security Manager -> Identities profiles -> End-User Acknowledgement column and set to "Clients matching this Identity must click-through the End-User Acknowledgement"
2. With a Pair of S690's running a HA config, users will be sent to the HA address, but does this traffic then get load-balanced between the two appliances?
Answer:
It will not be load balance. HA (High Availabitlity) only for active-standby. If the Master WSA failed, the backup(standby) WSA will take over as Master.
This is only dedicated for explicit/forward mode (not transparent mode using WCCP or PBR)
3.Can you amend the Block notification pages, i.e. to add a helpdesk number onto it or a separate link?
Answer:
Yes you can.
