WSA update version question

Hi All,

                   Our company has two WSA, one active and another standby. We have import license just now and we found feature vesion difference. Any problems or it can solve just wait for a moments cause database sychronize with cisco cloud? Who can tell me the truth? Thanks!

Make sure the connectivity from the WSA to update server has no issue and using correct routing table (if you have multiple interfaces configured in the appliance).

Also check if the automatic update interval on both WSA are the same interval.

You can check them from GUI -> System Administration -> update and upgrade setting.

If you need to initiate the update, you can click the "update now" button to initialise it.

Dear Handy,

           We have done HA on two deveices. May standby deveice synchronize databases with active device replace diretly uppdate to cisco server? Cause you can see two snapshots left button I have sended just now

WSA HA is only working for traffic handing and can not be used for configuration sync.
