WSA user authentication not working

Hi all - I am having difficulty getting the proxy user authentication realm to work correctly. I have configured the LDAP and AD settings under the WSA authentication settings, and tested everything, which came back successful. The WSA connected to AD correctly and set up a computer account, as well as AAA TACACS/AD admin logins working fine too.

The problem is when a user attempts to browse using this WSA as their proxy, everyone is getting "TCP_DENIED/407" errors on the WSA access logs - we are also seeing login boxes pop up on the client constantly, despite the client machine being logged in with a valid domain user, who has no issues using our other proxy WSA's. We login with valid credentials for our domain but it keeps coming back with denied.

Is there anything you can think of that might cause this? The WSA in question has no issues connecting to the internet - and has been configured fully, mirroring the config from another working WSA and running the same version of ASyncOS (v10.1.0).

We are using Windows 10 clients, but these work when using another identical proxy.
