WSA on the System Capacity page shows graph of Rasponse Time / Latency.
What does it mean? Is it WSA latency? When I see (for example) 500ms latency, does it mean, that WSA was busy and showed web page to user with 500ms delay? What or who is late, when I see high values of Latency?
