WSAv Upgrade Failed

Hello All,

I'm trying to upgrade the WSAv AsyncOS version and it fails every time. The DNS is configured properly and I did the nslookup as well for updates-ironport.com & downloads-ironport.com and WSAv successfully resolve the ips as well.

I just didn't configure the NTP and I'm using an eval license. Is this causing an issue to upgrade the AsyncOS?

The error which I'm receiveing is Failure downloading upgrade list: Received invalid update manifest response

Hello @Mandeep singh5

Kindly check this Field Notice to see if you meet the conditions : Field Notice: FN - 72502 - Secure Web, Secure Management, and Secure Email Virtual Appliances Might Not Receive Updates After January 13, 2023 - Configuration Change Recommended - Cisco

Meanwhile may I ask if the WSA has connectivity to: update-manifests.sco.cisco.com port 443.

also you can change the Upgrade_logs, logging level to debug or trace, to have more visibility of the issue, to do this, kindle navigate to GUI > system Administrations > logs subscription > click on Upgrade logs > change the logging level to trace > Submit and commit changes,

you can share the output here if the issue still persists.

Amirhossein Mojarrad
