Failed Calls Report

Hello, is there a way to get a list of failed long-distance calls? Any calls outside our area code?

Can also get a quick search / view of calls using monitoring > analytics > detailed call history -- and search by called or calling number and date/time so you can do a test call and find it right away or look back at historic calls to the LD number(s) and even export these more granular search results - without running a report or full export. 

From there if you want more info or a full report you can also click "To export call records, open the Calling Detailed Call History report "

I can't find a report that provides that specific information, but you might be able to put together some information from the Webex Calling Call Detail Report, found here: https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/nmug598/Reports-for-Your-Cloud-Collaboration-Portfolio#WxC-detailed-call-history-report. It includes information about outbound calls, call failures, etc. This might give you enough of what you need.
