IPhone badge icon error

I have WebEx Teams downloaded on my iPhone after a transfer from my old phone, but since I've transferred it, the red notification badge icon on the app is stuck at showing 2, though I have no unread messages. I have tried turning off and on notifications in settings, restarted my phone, and deleted and redownloaded the app from the app store with no luck. Can anyone help me resolve this? Thank you!

Have you checked for missed phone calls or voice mail messages?  If your phone services, including a Jabber sign in, are integrated with Webex, these may also show up as notifications alerts.

I have the same issue, and do not use Jabber

Yes I did – I don’t use Jabber and no missed calls/voicemails
