This week we will start launching Recommended messages in all regions, excluding the EU. Recommended messages helps users filter out the noise and focus on their most important messages. Our launch strategy will involve a gradual week-over-week default on rollout to Webex organizations, which means that your users may not immediately see it this week. However, as an organization admin, you will have the ability to disable the feature within the organization settings section of Control Hub (please see the attached screenshot for reference). In addition, once the feature is enabled for users, they can turn off Recommended messages within the client (instructions on how to do so are in the help article).
