I regularly download recorded meetings from Webex as .arf files, and then convert them to mp4 using the Network Recording Player. I recently downloaded a file as I usually do, and it starts to open normally but then I receive the following error message "Unknown file format. You may update your Network Recording Player and try again." See 09-51 screenshot. Does anyone know why this issue might occur on this file?
I have a handful of other files under My Recorded Meetings, and when I download those there are no issues. See screenshot 14-14.
I also tried downloading the Webex Network Recording Converter, but that did not make a difference.

I was able to resolve the issue by downloading the latest version of the Network Recording Player.
