I want to use Snap Camera to help engage my students. I have downloaded it, but when I go into preferences and try to change camera settings, it does not appear! I am using a Macbook air. Can anyone help me please?

Please check the following article: https://help.webex.com/en-us/WBX9000032849/Virtual-Camera-Driver-Stopped-Working-After-a-Site-Upgrade
"many virtual camera software applications stopped working because the webcam drivers they use are not signed by Apple, and thus cannot be loaded by the Cisco Webex Meetings Desktop App."

i am having similar issue with gopro webcam software. https://community.gopro.com/t5/en/How-to-Use-Your-GoPro-as-a-Webcam/ta-p/665493 version 1.0.224 for macOS.

I have the exact same problem with Gopro Hero 9 which I bought specifically because it said it was compatible with Webex..
The only time Webex recognises my Gopro is if I join through the Chrome browser, not through the Webex app (you have to fully uninstall the Webex app first, then click on "join through browser" when the Webex window open).
But even then, the camera is unstable with robot like movements which makes it impossible to use!
Unfortunately neither Gopro or Webex support have been able to help so far, so that's proving money down the drain.
