Webex Block Remote Control

I am looking for a global setting in Webex to restrict desktop control so users can share but not pass control to others.  Does this setting exist and where might I find it?

You will have to work with your admin to create a session type in Webex and assign to users this new default session type for their meetings

You remove the option to Desktop Sharing-Remote Control https://help.webex.com/en-us/acyd33/Manage-Session-Types-in-Webex-Site-Administration
Other option as host in meeting you can Assign Privileges and try under Participant to remove Control of Applications there. You would have to do this every time. Please test.
