We have just rolled out Webex CC cloud solution with premium standard and WFO agents, we have hit a few overages and I'm wondering how is the best way to drill down by team department or user to see who and when is using the additional licences, On control hub it is limited to what i can see without running reports on the analyser. We have multiple business units so each area of the business needs to be billed separately. Any ideas ?
