I provision Webex in Latín America and find myself competing a lot with Zoom, and one of the reasons Zoom seems to work well with most sub-par ISPs in the region is that they possess a datacenter in Brazil, which in theory makes Internet traffic a little easier. Webex I understand has its closest datacenter in USA. Does any one know if there will be a Latin America datacenter here any time soon?
