Hoping someone else has seen this and/or knows how to fix this issue.
I have an iPhone 6S Plus on latest version of iOS 13.1.3 and WebEx 39.8. Ever since upgrading to iOS 13 I noticed a regression bug where now every time I lock my phone (or it locks itself after a few minutes) the active WebEx call gets dropped after about 10 seconds. Once I unlock the phone and go back into the WebEx app it reconnects to the call, but I'm unable to keep the call open while the phone is locked.
I have Background App Refresh enabled for the app of course, and accepted all permission requests when prompted. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and did it all over again, but the issue persists. Again note that this worked perfectly fine on iOS 12 and only started happening once I upgraded to iOS 13.
It seems that this issue does not affect all iPhones since I know other iPhone owners who are not seeing this problem, so maybe it is related to having an older iPhone 6S Plus? Whatever is causing it, this issue is extremely annoying as I take a lot of WebEx meetings while on the go and need to be able to lock my phone and put it in my pocket instead of having it unlocked for the entire meeting.
Any help with this would be much appreciated!
