You are probably referring to Webex Callings, aren't you?
Webex Callings supports Customer Managed Devices, cf. https://help.webex.com/nemh93t/. If that Zenital device is supporting SIP, it might probably work..

We currently have a Cisco Webex infrastructure, and the site is equipped with Zenitel Stentofon intercoms. Our goal is to bind the Stentofon intercom to our IP phone, which is registered in the Webex Cloud
However, I’ve been informed that Zenitel intercoms cannot be directly integrated into the Webex Control Hub. Could you please confirm if this is accurate or if there are alternative solutions available to achieve this integration?
