Just got upgraded to webex from Horizon and we were able copy the incoming callers number but I cannot do this with webex? When I hover my mouse it won't allow any highlighting etc - the reason we copy the number is to then paste that number into our database so we know who is calling - our database is too large to add all the callers numbers into webex as contacts, its currently at nearly 14000 customers. Can you advise why this feature is not available or if its likely to be rolled out soon?
