We have recently migrated third party phones to Webex and we are trying to extract device details through CSV. However, we need to select multiple attributes before downloading the CSV. I am looking for clarification on the "last seen online" attribute. Does this mean that the device becomes inactive or offline after the "last seen online" timestamp? Can someone provide more details on this?
