Transferring user location gives issue during validation

I need to transfer a user from "headquarters" to "Building 2", however when I try to move them, it gives an error on the validation, stating that an auto attendant is locking the movement.

I removed their number from the auto attendant, however, when I retry it still gives me the auto attendant error. I've looked through and cannot find another auto attendant using this extension. 

My two questions are:

Is there a way for me to find attachments to extensions like CuCM had?

And, why does Webex put gibberish in the error code for the auto attendant impeding the movement? ex: 

  • Auto Attendent(s): [joguvk7ysy@31134724.cisco-bcld].

Have you verified that is was removed from all options during business hours and off business hours?

Those ids/sip identities are getting generated in the backgorund by the platform. That form was already present when Calling was developed by BroadCloud. Normally, a user will not get in contact with those ids.
