Webex Calling Beeping from shared line while on call

I have encountered an issue where a user is on a call from a queue and they are getting a beeping noise when a shared line is receiving a call at the same time.  This shared line is also part of the same queue but takes in calls specifically for that person and if they are unavailable it needs to be answered on this phone.   I have checked through the settings on both the phone and in Webex but am not able to find any anwsers.   We do have the option turned off so that agents only have the current call showing on the phone and dont have others in the queue ringing for them.
