Hello, I was wondering if maybe someone could help regarding Missed Call notifications inside Call Queue/Hunt group or if you can direct me to the right Space or Group where I can ask this question
The customer is asking if this is possible:
1. A user has no missed call if someone else has answered - In my opinion this is only possible when using the Call Top Down Call routing and only for agents whose endpoints didn't rang.
If someone has any additional suggestion I'll be happy to listen
2. The missed call notification disappears for everyone if someone has called back - I'm not sure this is possible since the WxC sends the ringing signal and if the agent doesn't answer, the missed call notification is generated locally on that particular phone and is not synced with the rest of the system.
Even if someone calls back from one phone, the missed call notification will stay on other.
